Our people
The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees with deep ties to the Māori economy in Te Ūpoko o Te Ika. We draw regularly on the expertise of our Te Rōpū Pūkenga, and more widely from our community. We operate an Executive Chair model — Pou Whakahaere Matua — reflecting the depth of engagement across the sector that our leadership requires.
